We One, formally known as World Security, is seeking talented, highly qualified, and experienced individuals for the following roles, including:

1. Electrician / Plumber / Painter / Mason / HVAC Technician

• Candidates with 2+ years of experience in a Facility Management Company.
• Experience in CAFM.
• Good communication skills.

2. Pest Control Supervisor (Fumigation)

• Candidates with minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pest Control Supervisor, approved by Dubai Municipality.
• Candidates with minimum of 1+ year of fumigation experience.
• UAE driving license required.

3. Light Vehicle Driver

• Having manual license number 3.
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience as driver in the UAE.
• Age Limit: Less than 40 years old.

4. Light Tractor Driver

• Having manual license number 3.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Candidates with 2+ years of experience as driver in the UAE.
• Age Limit: Less than 40 years old.

5. Heavy Bus Driver

• Having manual licence numbers 5 & 6.
• Candidates with 2+ years experience as driver in the UAE.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Age Limit: Less than 40 years old.

6. Minibus Driver

• Having manual licence number 5, or 3/6.
• Candidates with 2+ years experience as driver in the UAE.
• Age Limit: Less than 40 years old.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must be on a visit or cancelled visa.
