Dussmann Gulf is seeking talented and skilled professionals to join their MEP team for the following roles including:

Operations Coordinator

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or operations coordination in the UAE.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
Strong knowledge of PR, PO, and GRN processes; experience with SAP is a plus.
Hands-on experience in attendance/timekeeping management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to coordinate with clients, in-house teams, internal departments, and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Fluent in English & Hindi, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage operational records, compliance documentation, and service delivery reports in line with client and company standards.
Immediate availability preferred. (visit visa or cancelled visa with 5-7 days joining time).
