Work Location: Dubai

Job Requirements:

Relevant Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
Proven superior knowledge & Experience in FM operations, especially hard services (Mechanical & Electrical).
5+ Years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable facilities management company in UAE.
Experience in managing commercial buildings/towers.
Ability to use FSI/CAFM and prepare Technical Reports.
Good verbal & writing communication skills in English.
Immediate joiners only.

Interview Date: Friday, 31st January 2025

Interview Time: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Interview Location: Al Bonian Building, 2nd Floor, Latifa Bint Hamdan Street, Al Qouz Industrial Area #3, Dubai.
