• English and Arabic speakers are mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance.
• Manage daily call center operations.
• Monitor agent performance and key metrics.
• Handle escalations and take over calls when needed.
• Check voicemails, emails, and update logs.
• Track and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/annual performance reports.
